Tracy Assing mentions in it her article <a href="http://www.meppublishers.com/online/caribbean-beat/archive/index.php?id=cb74-1-39&print=1"> "The Long Walk Home"</a><br /><br />"The Carib Stone: In Caurita, a sparsely populated area in the Northern Range overlooking Maracas valley, there is a huge boulder of quartzite etched with petroglyphs, referred to as the Carib Stone.
