Although it is my intention to faithfully transcribe I do not get all the words and I have a knack for hearing the wrong thing. Blessed is all of creation
Blessed be my beautiful people
Blessed be the day of our awakening
Blessed is my country
Blessed are her patient hills.

I love this song. I have fond memories of dancing to it in my country, Belize. I didn't know the name of the song or the artist and so looked for it in vain for years. Thanks to your website I was able to find the MP3 that only became available in 2009.
Thank you. You've made me very happy.

Belize!!! Neighbour oy!
Well is now I celebrating. You are the first Belizean to leave a comment and you have made my day. I am so glad that you enjoyed this song before and that you now have the opportunity to revisit that enjoyment whenever you feel like it.

I have one song from Belize on this blog. It's included in the player on the left sidebar - "Naguya nei" by Paul Nabor. I LOVE this song. After the death of my friend Roi, I dedicated this song to him in this blog post. Apart from Paul Nabor's music, I also like Andy Palacio's music. He actually died some days after Roi in 2008. Good spirits.

Thanks so much for visiting and commenting!
