Easter Sunday Meditation [Song]

AIN'T NO GRAVE
Cageless Birds feat. Molly Skaggs

Shame is a prison as cruel as a grave
Shame is a robber and he's come to take my name
Oh Love is my Redeemer lifting me up from the ground
And Love is the power where my freedom song is found.

There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
When I hear that trumpet sound
I'm gonna rise up out of the ground
There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down.

Oh Fear is a liar with a smooth and velvet tongue
Fear is a tyrant, he’s always telling me to run
Oh Love is Resurrection and Love is a trumpet sound
Love is my weapon, I’m gonna take my giants down.

There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
When I hear that trumpet sound
I'm gonna rise up out of the ground
There ain't no grave gonna hold my body down.

Oh there was a battle, a war between Death and Life
And there on a tree the Lamb of God was crucified
And He went on down to Hell, He took back every key
And He rose up as a Lion and He’s setting all the captives free.

There ain't no grave could hold His body down
There ain't no grave could hold His body down
When He heard that trumpet sound
He rose up out of the ground
There ain't no grave could hold His body down
There ain't no grave could hold His body down.

When He heard the trumpet sound
He rose up out of the ground
There ain't no grave could hold His body down
There ain't no grave could hold His body down.

Glorious Saturday Meditation [Song]

Uploaded by Psallos Music

GLORY TO COME
By Psallos

The world is fraught with pain,
Sin has left a grievous stain.
Will we ever see relief?
Is there hope in suffering?

Creation groans
With the sons of flesh and bone,
Lord, redeem us from this curse,
Our corruption please reverse.”

Hold fast,
A day will dawn when glory will be shown
Far outweighing pain and woe.
We await that glorious day
When full redemption comes
With the rising of the risen Son.

We hope in the Unseen,
Waiting for Him patiently,
Who will help us while we pray,
When we don’t know what to say?

The Spirit groans
For the sons the Father knows,
Intercedes when we are weak,
Gives us hope in suffering.

Hold fast,
A day will dawn when glory will be shown
Far outweighing pain and woe.
We await that glorious day
When full redemption comes
With the rising of the risen Son.

28 And we know that for all those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose. 29 For those who He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, in order that He might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30 And those whom He predestined He also called; and those whom He called He also justified; and those whom He justified, He also glorified.
--- Romans 8:28-30

The Lord conforms us to His Son,
For everyone He’s called He works good in all.
Foreknown, predestined, called in Christ
And also justified

And those He justifies,
He also glorifies.

Yes, if we suffer with Christ,
We will also be glorified.

TAKE ME BROKEN
By Salt of the Sound

Take me broken [all these pieces]
Wounded healer [heal me]
Take me empty [heal me]
Make me whole [make me whole]

"He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree
That we might die to sin and live to righteousness;
By His wounds you have been healed.
---1 Peter 2:24

Take me broken [all these pieces]
Wounded healer [heal me]
Take me empty [fill me, fill me, fill me]
Make me whole.

Take me broken [wounded healer]
Make me whole [me whole, make me whole]
